I would like to thank Russ for all his help in setting up our credit card processing account. When I contacted Russ we had just purchased the business and needed to get setup fast. I provided the prior processing statements to Russ to see if he could lower the fees that the previous payment processor was charging. Russ told me that by setting up my account as a “small ticket merchant” and putting us on an Interchange Plus pricing program, he could lower our payment processing fees by approximately 40%! Russ got our account opened the next day but when we contacted Micros to switch our payment software we were told it would take more than a week. I called Russ and he told me not to worry, that he would provide us with a loaner credit card machine until Micros got switched over. I was trying to establish a merchant terminal account for several weeks prior to finding FDIS Card Processing. Within 24 hours, I had an application emailed to me. FDIS confirmed receipt of my application within several hours and said they would have an answer within 48 hours. I was approved in less than 24 hours. I warned them that my credit was weak and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Within two days after the approval, my account was live and my existing terminal was reconfigured.
